Satrijanto Tirtawisata earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Sacramento, United States. He has been involved in building Panorama since the 1980s and played an active role as CEO of Panorama Leisure Group until 2011. He also played a significant role as the President Director of the Company when Panorama was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2001. With extensive experience in the tourism industry, he helped establish the MICE business pillar. He has served as the Company’s Commissioner since 2020 and also holds the position of President Commissioner of PT Weha Transportasi Indonesia Tbk.

Dharmayanto Tirtawisata earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Sacramento, United States. He has made numerous breakthroughs, particularly in developing tourism products for international markets, and has significantly expanded overseas markets for inbound tourism to Indonesia. He has served as a Commissioner of the Company since 2015 and also holds the position of President Commissioner of PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk.

Agus Ariandy Sijoatmodjo, SH. MM., earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, with a concentration in Business Law Studies in 1998, and obtained a Master of Management degree from Tarumanagara University in 2004. He has served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2015.

Budijanto Tirtawisata earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Sacramento, United States. He has served as the President Director of Panorama since 2009 and as the Group CEO of Panorama Group since 2011. Before joining Panorama, he built a career in the banking industry and held board-level positions at several national banks. He is actively involved in various Indonesian tourism industry associations and is recognized as one of the prominent figures in both national and regional tourism.

Ramajanto Tirtawisata has extensive experience in the outbound tourism industry. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University, Sacramento, United States, in 1997. He has served as a Director of Panorama since 2015 and is also a member of the Board of Commissioners in several of the Company’s subsidiaries.

Angreta Chandra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tarumanagara University, a Master of Management from Swiss German University, and a Master of Business Administration from Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena in 2017. She has served as a Director of Panorama since 2019 and was reappointed based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in 2022. Angreta has also held the position of Commissioner at PT Weha Transportasi Indonesia Tbk from 2008 to the present.

Hellen is a seasoned professional who has been involved in the travel industry since 1992 and has continued to build her career to this day. She holds an educational background in tourism, public relations, as well as language and culture from Beijing Language and Art Culture University. She joined Panorama in 2002 as a Travel Manager and progressed in her career to become the CEO of Panorama JTB Tours in 2018. She was appointed as a Director of the Company through the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022 to strengthen the Company’s Board of Directors.

Ricardo Setiawanto, commonly known as Ricky, is a well-known figure in the tourism industry, particularly in inbound tourism or handling foreign tourists visiting Indonesia. He began his career in 1989 as a tour guide for foreign tourists until 1998, and later managed inbound markets to Indonesia from various source markets such as Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He has an educational background in Engineering from Darmstadt Technische Hochschule. Additionally, Ricky pursued a postgraduate program and earned a Master’s degree in Architecture and Tourism Planning from Gadjah Mada University (UGM). He joined Panorama in 2009 and was appointed as a Director of the Company through the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022.
