In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) continues to launch initiatives through innovative Covid-19-related services to remain resilient and optimize performance amid ongoing challenges. Over the past year, the company has introduced several offerings, including shuttle services and PPE for healthcare workers, portable handwashing stations, and holiday programs for medical personnel.

To complement these efforts, PANR, through its travel & leisure business pillar, has launched “Panorama Care Covid-19 Assistance”, a dedicated service for corporate clients and their employees. This service is supported by a 24/7 call center, providing up-to-date information and assistance related to Covid-19 needs—including PCR and antigen testing, quarantine and self-isolation packages, as well as home care services both at home and in hotels. Additional support includes shuttle transportation, food catering, medical personnel, and medical supplies such as oxygen tanks, medicines, and vitamins.

“This is one of our out-of-the-box services, and we hope it can offer a practical solution for companies to better manage Covid-19 treatment and prevention among their employees. It also reflects our commitment to our corporate clients, which currently number over 1,000 companies. Our target is to serve around 10% of them, especially those with hundreds or even thousands of employees,” said Hellen Xu, CEO of Panorama JTB, a subsidiary of PANR.

The Panorama Care Covid-19 Assistance service is currently available in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) and will be gradually expanded to other major cities across Indonesia.

“We expect this product to contribute positively to the company’s revenue during the pandemic while also serving as a way to strengthen our relationship with corporate clients,” added Angreta Chandra, Director of Finance at PANR.
