Jakarta, November 3 2025 - PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (IDX:PANR) recorded solid perfomance in the third quarter of 2025. The Company booked revenue of IDR 2.6 trillion, an increase of 16.1% compared to IDR 2.2 trillion in the sampe period last year. This top-line growth was also reflected in the bottom line (net income), which rose significantly by 58.2%, from IDR 34.2 billion in the same period last year to IDR 54.1 billion.
The increase in net income was driven by a 0.6% decline in the overhead expense ratio and a 48.5% decrease in finance costs, both of which had a positive impact on the Company’s profitability. The reduction in finance costs was due to a lower principal bank debt balance, which consequently reduced interest expenses.
Panorama has also been actively conducting marketing activities, which have contributed to the Company’s revenue growth. Throughout Q3 2025, Panorama, through its two business pillars, actively participated in various travel exhibitions both domestically and internationally.
For the Inbound business pillar, Panorama took part in numerous tourism trade shows overseas to strengthen its sales network with travel agent partners, aiming to attract more international tourists to Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Since 2018, Panorama has operated as a regional tour operator in Southeast Asia, serving inbound travelers from Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
Meanwhile, under the Travel & Leisure business pillar, Panorama actively joined travel fairs organized by airlines, banks, and industry associations during Q3 this year. In these exhibitions, Panorama offered a range of holiday packages for the upcoming Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 periods, featuring popular destinations such as Europe, Japan, Korea, and various Southeast Asian countries. One of the highlights was a special Year-End Holiday to Japan, where the Company arranged a dedicated chartered flight for Panorama customers at the best prices during the high season.
“Our solid operational performance and management’s ability to navigate the capital structure continue to be maintained in order to deliver maximum returns to shareholders. Of course, customer satisfaction remains the key to Panorama’s sustainable growth. Management is optimistic that the end of 2025 will deliver positive performance,” said Angreta Chandra, Director of the Company.
Despite the challenging economic and political climate this year, Panorama remains optimistic about closing 2025 with a performance growth level of 10–15%.
